How many seats are there on each motorcoach?

56 Passenger reclining seats with footrests and seatbelts, reading lights, charging stations, cup holders and Wi-Fi.

Do I have to provide lodging for driver?

Driver’s hotel rooms will be provided by the group chartering the motorcoach.

Do I have to provide meals for driver?

No, only if the group would like to include the driver into the group meal plan.

How much is my deposit for the chartered trip?

A minimum 10% deposit is required with a signed contract to secure the specific date.

Is there a Refund Policy?

Please refer to quote and contract information provided to each client prior to signing the quote.

Are gratuities required or optional for the driver’s?

Gratuity is a very kind gesture if your driver has done a great job for you. $3 per day is an average tip per passenger.

Can we bring food/drinks on bus?

Food and drink is acceptable on a limited basis.  Only bottles with screw on tops and limited snacks are allowed. Customers are responsible for all the cleanup.

How many times does the motorcoach stop per trip?

Stops are determined by the length of trip and age of the group.  The driver will need periodic rest stops along the way.  Typically, every three hours.

What is the Price of Renting a Motorcoach?

The travel pricing is calculated by the number of miles and length of trip/days.  Additionally, Fuel surcharges will be determined prior to the trip.
