Requirements to reserve a First Class Charter coach?

A no-obligation custom quote will be provided based on the information you provide. Once the quote is approved by you, a signed contract and deposit is required to confirm you are accepting the quoted price and reserve your coach.

Many times all  of our fleet is chartered so be sure to confirm your reservation as early as possible. Only a signed contract and a deposit confirms a motorcoach for your dates.

 Do I need to book a hotel room for the motorcoach driver?

Yes, for overnight trips, one room per driver must be provided by the group for each night’s stay. When booking a large group block of rooms many hotels will provide a complimentary room for the bus driver – just ask! Also don’t forget to ask if there is a place to park the motorcoach and if there is a parking fee. You don’t want to be surprised upon arrival!

 Parking and other fees

Permits and tolls are included in your total cost of the charter. Parking fees and any other fees associated with your trip are the responsibility of the chartering party.

Do I tip the bus driver?

Gratuities are always at the discretion of the chartering party. Tip is not included in the quoted price. It is customary for groups to tip $1 – $2 per passenger per day if you feel the driver has provided “First Class” service.
